Summer Baking!

As you might have guessed, here at the North Pole our minds are focussed on Christmas almost all the time. Mrs Claus tries to mark the passing seasons with ever more experimental summer baking (her tomato and gingerbread hot cross buns were a particularly… interesting year!), but for the most part preparing for Christmas is a full-time job for all of us. 

This year, Bushy has had a really difficult time co-ordinating jobs as a few of our elves got into an accident involving a rather too feisty snowball fight. This has meant the baking/ Decorating Team has been a few hands down while they recover. They asked me to move from my usual job of organising our Magic Train visits to the baking and decorating department! I’ve been doing my best, but I can’t make heads or tails of some of the instructions!
