We understand that you may wish to sit with another party when visiting us on The Polar Express. The form below allows you to request that our team make this link for you. However before proceeding please be aware of the following:

• We cannot ever guarantee you will be sat next to or near the other party. We will endeavour to do our best though.
• As a performance gets closer to selling out or the event date we may have to reject requests that come in and / or remove the form below.
• You may be sat with another family on your table.
• The other party MUST confirm they wish to link to you. They will be sent an email with a confirmation link that expires in 5 days once the request is made.
• You confirm you have the other parties permission to request this.
• We reserve the right to alter seating at any time for operational reasons.
