POLAR EXPRESS™ Tickets
From the moment you arrive at Buckfastleigh Station, the Christmas atmosphere surrounds you. Sparkling lights and festive decorations set the scene for something truly special. Before boarding, little ones can post their letter to Santa, enjoy festive fun and even discover whether they’ve made the Nice List using the Elves’ magical scanner.
As excitement builds, families step onto the platform dressed in their cosiest Christmas pyjamas, ready for the adventure ahead. The cheerful Chefs greet you on board and help everyone find their seats as anticipation fills the carriage. Then, with the sound of the whistle and the gentle movement of the train, the journey begins.

Hot Chocolate & Singing Chefs
Is there anything more magical than sipping hot chocolate while rolling through the winter countryside? Our lively chefs serve cups of rich, creamy hot chocolate and a delicious cookie while leading you in a joyful performance of Hot Chocolate from the film. As you enjoy your treat, the classic story of The Polar Express™ by Chris Van Allsburg is read aloud, with beautiful illustrations displayed for all to see. Don’t forget to bring your own copy to read along!
